The purchase of products offered on sacus.fr is subject to these terms and conditions of sale of the site sacus.fr (“Terms and Conditions”).

Orders placed on the site sacus.fr are reserved for individuals other than for resale. The resale or distribution of Sacus products purchased on sacus.fr is strictly prohibited.

SACUS may at any time update these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You can read at any time the version of the Terms and Conditions in force by clicking on the link “Terms and Conditions”.

In addition, each time you place an order on the site sacus.fr, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the date of placing your order.

Terms of Order

The site sacus.fr allows you to order from the company SACUS.FR a selection of SACUS brand products immediately online via the Internet for delivery to the countries mentioned in the delivery list.

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. Errors or modifications may exceptionally exist, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers.

SACUS.FR does not incur any liability in case of stock shortage or unavailability of products.

SACUS.FR reserves the right to change at any time and without notice the items offered on the site sacus.fr.

Finalization of order

You must verify the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. While every effort is made to ensure that the color and pattern of Sacus products whose photos are displayed on the site sacus.fr are faithful to the original products, variations may occur, particularly due to technical limitations of color rendering on your computer equipment.

Therefore, SACUS.FR can not be held liable for errors or inaccuracies in the photographs or graphic representations of Sacus products appearing on the site sacus.fr. In case of questions about the products, you can of course contact our Customer Service.

Any order by Internet assumes that you provide accurate and complete information at the time of such order.

At the end of the ordering process, you are invited to click on the button “I have read and accept the general conditions of sale *”. By clicking on the button “I have read and accept the general conditions of sale *”, you are asked to accept all of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use of the site sacus.fr.

Once completed, your order is sent to SACUS.FR for processing.

SACUS.FR reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute over a previous order, or if SACUS.FR reasonably believes that this customer has violated these Terms and Conditions or has engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.

A summary of your order will be sent to you by e-mail.

You have the possibility to create an account in order to save your billing and delivery information for a future order. You will be asked to create your own password for future use of this account.

You agree, under your sole responsibility, to keep these identifiers confidential and never communicate them to third parties. Consequently, any purchase made using these identifiers will be deemed to be made by you as the holder of these identifiers. In case of loss, theft or any fraudulent use of your password, you agree to immediately inform sacus.fr.

You can at any time deactivate your account by sending an email to Customer Service. After the deactivation of your account, you are free to create a new account at any time.

The data recorded by the site sacus.fr constitute proof of all transactions between SACUS.FR and its customers. In case of conflict between SACUS.FR and one of its customers on a transaction made on the website, the data recorded by SACUS.FR are considered as irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction.

In application to Article L. 134-2 of the Consumer Code, when an order is for an amount equal to or greater than 120 Euros, SACUS.FR keeps the written record of the contract concluded between SACUS.FR and a customer by electronic means for a period running from the conclusion of the contract until the date of delivery of the goods and for a period of ten years from the latter (in accordance with decree 2005 137 of 16 February 2005).

You then have access to this document at any time, upon request made to Customer Service, with proof of your identity.

Price Payment

The prices of SACUS products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The amount of your order includes delivery charges according to the option chosen (see “Delivery method”).

SACUS.FR reserves the right to change at any time and without notice the prices of products offered on the site sacus.fr. The products are billed on the basis of the rates displayed on the site sacus.fr at the time of placing your order, subject to availability of products ordered at that time.

Any order placed on the site sacus.fr must be paid immediately at the time of placing your order. We only accept payment by credit card. All orders are payable in euros. The shipment of your order takes place only after verification of your method of payment and receipt of authorization to debit your card.

Your bank or credit card will only be debited when your order is dispatched.

Retention of Title

The products ordered remain the property of SACUS.FR until the complete collection of the price by SACUS.FR.

On the other hand, you assume the risks (in particular of loss, theft or deterioration) concerning the products delivered and this on the effective date of delivery.

Delivery Zone

The products purchased on the site sacus.fr can only be delivered in countries open to delivery at the time of order.

It is impossible to place an order for any delivery address outside these territories. For reasons, notably of security, SACUS.FR / SACUS will not process any order for which a post office box or Cedex address is provided.

The products are shipped to the delivery address that you have indicated during the ordering process.

Shipping costs

You are asked to choose your preferred shipping method as part of the ordering process.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the products in your order, the delivery service and the country of delivery you choose.

For reasons, notably of security, SACUS.FR will not process any order for which a poste restante, post office box or Cedex address is provided.

Delivery time

During the ordering process, we indicate the possible delivery times and shipping options for the products purchased and the chosen country of delivery.

The amount of the shipping costs will be due by you in addition to the price of the purchased products.

Delivery Problems

Any defect or delay in delivery exceeding eight (8) working days must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. Any claim made beyond thirty (30) calendar days after the date of validation of your order will not be taken into account.

You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and indicate on the delivery slip, in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature, any anomalies noted (open package, damaged product, etc.).

You must then contact Customer Service by email or telephone.

In the event of non-conformity of the products purchased or if you are not satisfied with them, you may return them and request a refund under the conditions set out in the “Returns – Exchanges – Refunds” section.


On the sacus.fr website

You can return for a refund request any product ordered on the site sacus.fr within eight (8) calendar days from the date of delivery, under the following conditions:

Returns must be made by Colissimo against signature. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.


You can return for a refund request any product ordered on the site sacus.fr within eight (8) days from the date of delivery, the shipping costs will not be refunded. The products must be returned under the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph. SACUS.FR will make its best efforts to ensure that this is the case.

Under no circumstances will it be possible to give you an electronic credit that can be used on the site sacus.fr.

The refund will be made in any event no later than thirty days after notification of your right of withdrawal.

We offer no exchange or refund, even partial, if the product in question is a product that you received as a gift.


Products purchased on the site sacus.fr can not be exchanged. They may however be subject to a refund. Once the refund is made, the buyer can make a new order on the site sacus.fr.

Transportation costs incurred by the return of products are reimbursed only if this return is justified by the non-conformity of the products delivered (reference error, damaged product, etc.).

SACUS.FR has full discretion to decide if the products are in their original condition when they are returned to sacus.fr.

SACUS.FR will not be responsible in case of loss, shipping to the wrong address or late delivery of a product you wish to return to the site sacus.fr, insofar as the risks of transport that you choose and that you initiate lie solely with you.

Legal warranty for hidden defects

The products sold on the site sacus.fr are subject to the conditions of legal guarantees provided by Articles L 211-4, L 211-5 and L 211-12 of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code:

Article 1641 Civil Code

The seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price for it, if he had known about them.

Article 1648 of the Civil Code

The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of the discovery of the defect.

In the case provided for by Article 1642-1, the action must be brought, under penalty of foreclosure, within one year from the date on which the seller can be discharged of the apparent defects.

Article L211 -4 of the Consumer Code

The seller is obliged to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

He shall also be liable for defects in conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions or installation, if the latter was made by him under the contract or was carried out under his responsibility.

Article L211 -5 of the Consumer Code

To be in conformity with the contract, the property must:

(1) Be fit for the use ordinarily expected of similar property and, where appropriate:

– correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities which the seller has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;

– present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, particularly in advertising or labelling ;

2° Or present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the seller’s knowledge and accepted by the latter.

Article L211-12 of the Consumer Code.

The action resulting from the lack of conformity shall be time-barred after two years from the delivery of the goods.

Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances SACUS.FR can not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special or incidental, including but not limited to, business interruption, loss of profit or opportunity resulting from the purchase of Sacus products on the site sacus.fr.

Applicable law – Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law without regard to the principles of conflict of laws. These Terms and Conditions of Sale do not prevent the site sacus.fr compliance with a provision of public policy existing in the regulations of the country of the European Union from which the customer ordered provided that he is also domiciled there. These Terms and Conditions are written in French.

In the event of a dispute, the French courts have exclusive jurisdiction and you agree to accept their exclusive jurisdiction. SACUS.FR reserves the right to request and obtain injunctions or orders to defend its rights hereunder.
