Ordering conditions
The site allows to order, from the company SACUS.FR, a selection of SACUS brand products, immediately online through the Internet for delivery to the countries mentioned in the delivery list.

Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of the available stock. Errors or modifications may exceptionally exist, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers.
SACUS.FR does not incur any liability in the event of stock shortages or product unavailability.
SACUS.FR reserves the right to change the articles posted on the site, at any time and without prior notice
Order Completion
You must check the accuracy of your selection before confirming your order. Although every effort is made to ensure that the color and pattern of the Sacus products whose photos are displayed on the website are consistent with the original products, variations may occur, in particular due to the technical limitations of color rendering on your computer equipment.
Consequently, SACUS.FR cannot be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in photographs or graphic representations of Sacus products appearing on the website. If you have any questions concerning the products, please feel, free to contact our Customer Service.
Any order placed over the Internet assumes that you provide accurate and complete information at the time of said order.
At the end of the ordering process, you are prompted to click on the “I have read and accept the general conditions of sale *” button. By clicking on the “I have read and accept the general conditions of sale *” button, you are asked to accept all of these General Conditions of Sale and Use of the website.
Once completed, your order is forwarded to SACUS.FR for processing.
SACUS.FR reserves the right to not accept an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute over a previous order, or if SACUS.FR reasonably believes that this customer has breached the Terms and Conditions or that s/he has engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.
A summary of your order will be sent to you by email.
You can create an account to save billing and delivery information for future orders. You will be asked to create your own password for future use of this account.
Under your sole responsibility, you undertake to keep your identifiers confidential and never to communicate them to third parties. Consequently, any purchase made using your identifiers will be deemed to be made by you as the holder of these identifiers. In the event of loss, theft or any fraudulent use of your password, you undertake to inform immediately.
You can deactivate your account at any time by sending an email to Customer Service. After deactivating your account, you are free to create a new account at any time.
The data recorded by the site constitute proof of all transactions between SACUS.FR and its customers. In the event of a conflict between SACUS.FR and one of its customers on a transaction carried out on the website, the data recorded by SACUS.FR shall be considered as irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction.
Pursuant to Article L. 134-2 of the Consumer Code, when an order relates to an amount equal to or greater than €120, SACUS.FR keeps the written document that records the contract concluded between SACUS.FR and a customer by electronic means for a period running from the conclusion of the contract until the date of delivery of the goods and for a period of ten years from that date (in accordance with Decree 2005 137 of 16 February 2005).
You then have access to this document at any time, upon request made to the Customer Service, and proof of your identity.
Payment price
The prices of SACUS products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The amount of your order includes the delivery costs according to the chosen option (see “Delivery method”).
SACUS.FR reserves the right to modify at any time and without prior notice the prices of the products offered on the website. The products are invoiced on the basis of the prices displayed on the website at the time of placing your order, subject to the availability of the products ordered at that time.
Any order placed on the site must be paid immediately at the time of placing your order. We only accept payments by credit card. All orders are payable in euros. The shipment of your order takes place only after verification of your method of payment and receipt of the authorization to debit your card.
Your debit card or credit card is debited only when your order is shipped.
Retention of title
The products ordered remain the property of SACUS.FR until the full collection of the price by SACUS.FR.
However, you assume the risks (including loss, theft or deterioration) concerning the products delivered and this on the effective date of delivery.
Delivery area
Products purchased on the website can be delivered only in countries open for delivery at the time of the order.
It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address located outside these territories. For security reasons, SACUS.COM/SACUS will not process any order for which a PO Box or Cedex address is provided.
The products are shipped to the delivery address that you have indicated during the ordering process.
Transport costs
You are asked to choose the shipping method you prefer as part of the order procedure.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the products in your order, the delivery service and your chosen country of delivery.
For security reasons, SACUS.FR will not process any order for which a post office, post office box or Cedex address is provided.
Shipments are delivered only upon signature.
If you want the delivery company to leave your package with someone else or at another address, you can no longer track you’re the delivery of your purchase.
We cannot be held liable should your package be lost, and we will not be able to refund your purchase or send you a replacement package.
Delivery time
During the ordering process, we indicate the possible delivery times and formulas for the products purchased and the chosen delivery country.
The amount of the delivery costs will be borne by the Customer, in addition to the price of the products purchased.
Delivery Problems
Any defect or delay in delivery exceeding eight (8) working days must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. Any claim made beyond thirty (30) calendar days after the date of validation of your order may be not taken into account.
You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and indicate on the delivery note, in the form of handwritten reserves with your signature, any anomalies found (open package, damaged product, etc.).
You must then contact Customer Service by email or by phone.
In the event of non-conformity of the products purchased or if they do not satisfy you, you can return them and request a refund under the conditions provided for in the section “Returns – Exchanges – Refunds”.
From the site
You have the possibility to return any product ordered on the site and ask for a refund, within eight (8) calendar days of the date of delivery, under the following conditions:
The products must be returned with their purchase invoice, in their original condition and packaging, to the following address:
The products must be returned by Colissimo French postal service, against signature. The cost of return is borne by the customer.
The product can only be exchanged once. No exchange can be returned.
Discounted or sale items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
You can ask for a refund, exchange or credit note for any product ordered on the site and returned within eight (8) days of the date of delivery – delivery costs will not be refunded. The products must be returned under the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph. SACUS.FR will do its best to ensure that it is carried out as soon as possible after receipt of the returned products, by crediting your credit card or PayPal with the amount of the returned products, excluding delivery costs which remain your responsibility.
You may be assigned an electronic credit note that can be used on the site, on your original order.
In any case, the refund will be made at latest thirty days after the notification of your right of withdrawal.
We do not offer any exchange or refund, even partial, if the product in question is a product that you have received as a gift.
Products purchased on the website may not be exchanged. However, they may be reimbursed. Once the refund is made, the buyer can put in a new order on the site
Transport costs incurred by the return of the products are only refunded in the event that this return is justified by the non-conformity of the products delivered (reference error, damaged product, etc.).
SACUS.FR has complete discretion to decide if the products are in their original condition when they are returned to
SACUS.FR will not be liable for loss, shipment to the wrong address or delay in delivery of a product that you wish to return to the site, insofar as the risks of the transport that you choose and that you initiate rest on you alone.
Legal Warranty of Hidden Defects
The products sold on the website are subject to the conditions of legal guarantees provided for by Articles L 211-4, L 211-5 and L 211-12 of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and 1648 of the French Civil Code:
Article 1641 Civil Code
The seller is bound by the guarantee by reason of the hidden defects of the thing sold which render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which diminish this use so much that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given only a lower price, if he had known them.
Article 1648 of the Civil Code
The action resulting from critical defects must be initiated by the buyer within two years from the discovery of the defect.
In the case provided for in Article 1642-1, the action must be brought, on penalty of foreclosure, within one year following the date on which the seller may be discharged of the apparent defects.
Article L211-4 of the French Consumer Code
The seller is obliged to deliver goods in accordance with the contract and is liable for non-conformities existing at the time of delivery.
It is also liable for defects in conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions or installation when this has been charged to it by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility.
Article L211 -5 of the French Consumer Code
To be in conformity with the contract, the property must:
1° Be fit for the usual expected use of a similar good and, where appropriate:
– correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the latter has presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
– present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect with regard to public statements made by the seller, the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling;
2° Or have the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or be suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the knowledge of the seller and which the latter has accepted.
Article L211-12 of the French Consumer Code.
The action resulting from the lack of conformity is time-barred by two years from the delivery of the good.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SACUS.FR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, loss of business, loss of profit or loss of opportunity resulting from the purchase of Sacus products on the website.
Applicable law – Litigation
The present General Conditions of Sale are governed and interpreted in accordance with French law without taking into account the principles of conflict of laws. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not preclude the compliance by the site of a provision of public order existing in the regulations of the country of the European Union from which the customer ordered provided that he is also domiciled there. These General Conditions of Sale are written in French.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts have exclusive jurisdiction and you acknowledge that you accept their exclusive jurisdiction. SACUS.FR reserves the right to seek and obtain injunctions or orders for the defense of its rights hereunder.
